Who we are

StoneWave (“we”, “us”) builds private operations desks for client companies, including order-desk integrations with tools such as QuickBooks Online, Basecamp, and Google Sheets. Contact: ops@stonewave.life.

What we access

• QuickBooks Online (read-only until signed activation): company identity, customers, vendors, and related accounting records needed to run an order desk for the client who authorized access. No posting or payments occur before a signed Activation Gate.
• Basecamp: creation of to-do review items in the project and list the client designates. We do not auto-send or take action from a completed to-do.
• Google Sheets: the specific sheet copy the client shares with editor access for their build.
• Desk messages and uploaded documents: files and messages the client intentionally sends us in their private desk.

How we use it

Only to deliver the service the client engaged us for: mapping their orders, keeping records in sync where authorized, and reviewing proof against a baseline. We do not sell data, run advertising, or use client records for anything beyond the client’s own engagement.

SMS and contact form data

When you submit our contact form, StoneWave collects your name, email address, inquiry, and phone number if you provide one. We use these details to respond to your inquiry. Providing a phone number does not give us permission to send promotional texts.

If you check the optional SMS consent box, you agree to receive promotional text messages from StoneWave about StoneWave's services. We record your consent, including the time, the page where you opted in, and the exact consent wording.

SMS messaging is not currently active. We hold your consent record for use if we enable messaging. We will send promotional texts only to numbers with active consent. You can contact us at ops@stonewave.life to withdraw consent before messaging starts or at any time afterward.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Our service providers process contact form information to operate the form and store submissions. This includes Vercel for hosting and storage. This processing supports our operations; it does not authorize those providers to use your information for their own marketing.

We store contact submissions to respond to inquiries and document any SMS consent you give. Send questions, consent withdrawal requests, or requests to delete contact form information to ops@stonewave.life.

Storage and retention

Integration tokens and desk records live in encrypted, access-controlled storage on our infrastructure providers (currently Vercel). Data stays for the life of the engagement; on termination or written request we export or delete the client’s data within 30 days.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information. Data is processed by infrastructure providers (Vercel) and the third-party tools the client explicitly connects (Intuit, 37signals/Basecamp, Google), each under their own terms.

Revoking access

• QuickBooks: disconnect inside QuickBooks (Settings → Apps) or ask us and we disconnect and delete stored tokens.
• Basecamp: revoke from your Basecamp account integrations page, or ask us.
• Google Sheets: remove our share access or move the sheet.
