The service
StoneWave builds a private order desk for the client who authorizes it, integrating with tools the client connects (such as QuickBooks Online, Basecamp, and Google Sheets). Scope, pricing, and activation are set in a separate written agreement for each engagement.
Authorization and access
- You connect your own accounts through the providers’ authorization screens. We never ask for your passwords.
- QuickBooks access is read-only until you sign the Activation Gate for your engagement. Bill/invoice creation and any posting stay off until then.
- Basecamp notifications are advisory to-dos for your review. Completing a to-do does not send email, charge money, or post accounting entries.
Your responsibilities
You confirm you have authority to connect the company accounts you authorize, and you review actions the desk proposes before any activation gate is signed.
Text messaging (SMS)
StoneWave collects optional consent for promotional text messages about StoneWave's services, including messages sent using automated technology. You opt in by checking the separate, optional SMS consent box on our contact form and providing your phone number. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of submitting the contact form.
SMS messaging is not currently active. StoneWave will send texts only if the program is enabled and only to numbers with active consent. Submitting the form does not trigger a confirmation text.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Once messaging is active:
Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time.
Reply HELP for help, or contact ops@stonewave.life.
You can also contact ops@stonewave.life to withdraw consent before messaging starts or at any time afterward. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use contact form information and SMS consent records.
Termination
You may disconnect integrations and end the engagement at any time under your agreement’s terms (30 days notice by default after activation). We delete or export your data per the Privacy Policy.
No warranties; liability
The desk is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, StoneWave’s liability is limited to the fees paid for the engagement in the prior three months.
